Review content:
We heard a loud noise on Sunday night and later on my hubby smelled an electrical burn odor coming from our room where the AC is located. Also the panel lights were flashing, so he unplugged it. I called Champion (Yolanda) about 9:00 AM Monday--said a technician would arrive between 10:00-12:00. Then Yolanda phoned back about 9:30 and said someone was on the way. It was Gerald, who was very familiar with our system since he was involved in the installation about 4 years ago. He immediately diagnosed the problem that the UV light shorted out and installed a new one and even reattached the Electronic Power Supply Box on the outside where it would be safer if any future problems occurred.
They also have yearly service plans that are excellent deals. We would never use any other AC company.....
