Mike is just the best. I wanted a sloped ceiling fan installed. The fan I bought only worked with a 15 degree angle (Hampton Bay I bought from HD). Went to HD to express my disappointment, they ordered me a slope adaptor. It was delivered several days later and Mike told me it didn't fit (can you even believe this!!!). I went back to HD but in the mean time Mike found an adaptor at Lowes, but it wouldn't fit the remote in the canope. I went to various lighting stores and finally called Hampton Bay and ordered an adaptor, but then Mike called me again and he found one that would fit perfectly. I beleive in angels, and Mike was my angel. The adaptor at Hampton Bay was $15 more that Mike's. Long story (kind of) short, Mike came to my house multiple times until he was finally able to install the ceiling fan. He was really invested in satisfying his customer and he is really good. I have a very high regard for Mike as well as Andy On Call.
