I needed to replace the front bumper, two headlights, and blinker lights. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 5pm. I didn't need a rental, although they do arrange one for you if need be. They also set your ins. claim for you! Its one-stop shop here at Personal Touch. The staff is hospitable with their offering of coffee while I waited. When my car was done, they sent her through the car wash free of charge and they gave me a free touch-up kit & floor mats, also free of charge! I pray that I don't get into another accident but if I do, I know where I'm going.\r
