I had degenerative discs in my neck and Mr. Horn led me to believe his manipulation treatments could improve this condition. After several treatments of ice, electrical stimulation, some kind of machine that rolls up and down your back, and Mr. Horn cracking my back, neck, and shoulders, I had no improvement. I went to a neuro-surgeon who told me that with the condition of my neck, Mr. Horn should not have attempted treatment but referred me to an MD. I had surgery and the condition was corrected. Their prices are ridiculously expensive, and in my opinion, their staff is rude.
