Review content:
I called West Chester Autobody yesterday to ask some questions about my car. The person that answered (Earl) took the time to discuss my problem in great detail and offered to look at my car the same day.\r

I went in the next day, was greeted immediately upon entering a home like business store front. I didn't know it at the time but Earl is the owner and you would never know because he was so personable and comfortable to talk to.\r
We discussed my problem again and Earl remembered everything we talked about the day before, in great detail.\r
He grabbed his clip board and we proceeded to go look at my car. I was sure my door would cost me some big $$ to fix and I would have to leave it at least over night. \r
After looking at my door for a few minuets Earl says I might be able to take care of this right now. Earl pulled my car back in the shop area. He grabbed some tools then pulled out some dents, made some adjustments, fixed the lock, fixed some trim and in less than an hour, I was on my way. \r
He charged me a reasonable amount, did a great job and I really felt like I was treated like a valued customer. His shop is very clean and he even though it looks/feels like a small shop he has a large additional building in the rear for overflow work and bigger jobs. This experience was not only one of the best I've had involving an automobile it was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had.\r
I will definitely bring all my body work to West Chester Autobody from now on and I'd recommend this shop to anyone who wants to feel comfortable that their problem will be fixed and at a reasonable price.\r
Good service at a fair price is hard to find these days IMO. \r
