I ordered a duct cleaning service from them as I saw their online promotion of $80 for single unit duct cleaning. Over the phone, I told the lady that I had an additional AC unit and asked for an estimation for the whole house. And I got an estimation for an additional $95, i.e. a total of $175. The guy went up to my home, and immediately started to count vents and complain about how dirty the ducts were. He then gave me a total estimation of $815 (to be fair, it included dryer vent cleaning that I asked for in addition). I was totally surprised and told him that I wasn't ready to accept that. He then said I'd have to pay $40 for his visit if I didn't use him on the same day. He also called his boss whom attempted to give me a so-called deep discount to the $500 range and get my business on the spot. I eventually paid the $40 and asked the guy to leave. I got in touch with another company today and scheduled for the exactly same scope of job for under $400.\r

Very, very bad business model. I strongly recommend against doing business with them.
