Review content:
The movers arrived on time and were friendly and courteous. However, they didn't appear to have been informed by Dustin about the level of work involved in the move. So the move took much longer than I or they expected...9hrs vs 6. This was a significant impact to our planned moving budget. Because of this I called Dustin and he responded initially however he didn't do any follow-up to see if anything had been resolved. Two bright spots... Frank one of the movers(worked extra hard and very respectful even when things were tense for a while) and Chris (front office who seemed to be genuinely interested in resolving our problems).
