It is a tough decision to buy a top of the line truck, but I wanted something that will last me for many years to come. I knew I would be spending more on this truck than any vehicle in my past, but the Internet Manager at Moss San Bernardino, Arnold Flores, took very good care of me and my family. He was very up front with his pricing and was willing to be competitive with any offer I got from other dealers. He disclosed everything and was very truthful which made me comfortable that I wouldn’t see any last minute surprises. He listened to what I wanted and found the right vehicle with all of the features I was looking for. Arnold also took the time to evaluate my trade in and give me a very fair offer which helped even more in getting the numbers to work out overall. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy which was also nice because too often I walked into car dealerships and felt like I was a cow being herded toward the slaughterhouse when they pushed you to sit down in the offices. \r
