I can't say enough fabulous things about Heather. She has helped me deal with some pretty intense anxiety problems. She is wonderful at creating rapport and great helping you hone in on the true source of your problems. We have implemented a number of strategies to help me cope with stress so I can get out the door and live life. She will help guide you toward a path of healing bit you have to be willing to do the work. Actually, the hardest part is probably going in for the first session. I did it because the thought of another day without help seemed more painful than the idea of asking for some help. I recommend Heather if you are ready to confront your issues and do the work. You will not regret it.\r
