My pump failed after 2 years old - just two months outside my warranty period. Aero-Stream response to my concerns was excellent. Apparently I had crimped the air hose a bit when installing the unit resulting in too much back-pressure and eventually internal diaphragm failure. Aero-Stream repaired my unit for free and were very co-operative and helpful. The unit has been working great ever since I bought it and my septic field is staying dry (no pooling anymore). This product really works and it saved me thousands of dollars compared to a new bed - which is what everyone was trying to see me. Thank you Aero-Stream!
