In Response To drpitt’s Review of Our Services On July 24th, 2011\r

As a Better Business Bureau “A” Rated company and the recipient of the 2011 & 2012 Angie’s List Super Service Award, ImageWorks Painting takes all feedback very seriously as we continuously strive to improve the quality of our customer service. \r

In the case of drpitt’s review of our company that was posted on July 24th, 2011, we believe this review to either have been intended for a different company but mistakenly directed at us, or a misguided attempt by a competitor to damage our good reputation. We have made every attempt to contact the reviewer, both directly and through CitySearch to resolve this matter. \r

We were unsuccessful in making direct contact with the member because there has been no contact information posted on their profile page. We have also made contact with CitySearch asking them to either connect us with the reviewer, validate the review, or remove it from their site. But their policy states that they do not substantiate any of their online reviews, nor will they intervene in the matter of a disputed review, as long as it is not in clear violation of their terms of use.\r

So our response to this review is that we aim to provide all of our customers with the utmost care and attention during all aspects of their project, and as such we have extensive contact with each of them before, during, and after their project to ensure that they are happy with every detail of their experience with us, as well as to address any concerns that may arise during the course of their project. \r

We dispute the validity of this review since no such concerns as these have ever been brought to our attention. ImageWorks uses only employees to perform our work, and not subcontractors, as the review states. All vehicles that represent our company have been professionally lettered with our logo and information, and no company magnets have ever been made. We have no record or knowledge of any complaint that resulted in a customer ending a job with us as the review has claimed.\r
