I was on my way to Texas when my alarm started to going off in my E320 for no apparent reason, I requested the nearest MB dealer in my navigation and took me to Rick Hill imports in Kingsport, TN, what a surprise was waiting for me there! This is the worst dealer ever! I do not know how Mercedes Benz can allow this service department to exist! The service person is a lady not only ignorant but also extremely ill-mannered. I do not believe she could run a trash truck in a professional way. The prices are excessive even for a Mercedes Benz dealer. They do not take any discounts from the MB Club. The last thing they care about is the customer! I am writing a letter to MB to complain about this dealer. I should waited to get to MB Knoxville, TN. Do not go to this dealer unless you want to be mistreated or ripped off!
