Review content:
I was blown away by the service I received today from ClimateSmith. My renter called this afternoon to let me know the A/C had stopped. I called ClimateSmith right away because one of my other renters had called them when I had a heat problem last winter, and everything went well, and they were cheaper to boot!
Fortunately, they were able to get a crew on the scene super fast, like within 20 minutes or less of my call to them. That's amazing! I rushed down the street to the rental, and they had already inspected the unit in the attic and were heading outside. Thankfully, they found the compacitor had just gone bad, and it didn't have time to burn up the motor. Jason and Will had that part on the truck, and it was fixed lickedy split!
Jason and Will had the A/C humming along in no time, and were the nicest, most clean cut gentleman. It's hard to find that in service technicians - these guys were true gems!
And if you like smaller family run businesses who take pride in customer care and quality work - Climate Smith is for you!
