Every single person from Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County, NJ was great! Truly wonderful to work with. From Mike, to his wife to the man who came to my house to drop off samples. Everything with them was terrific. They were all so ridiculously accommodating and a real pleasure to work with.
My caveat for giving my total experience a 4 was because of the installers. I found them a little difficult to work with, so I was left disappointed with that part of my experience. I know they aren't directly related to Floor Coverings, however they are the people they contract with, so they are connected. They kept pushing back my appointment, until finally they came out at 3pm. They weren't going to get everything done that day, which wouldn't have worked for me. They were working on our stairs and family room, and were going to leave it with the carpet up and tacks exposed. It was on a Wednesday, and they told me they couldn't come back out until Saturday. I have 5 dogs, who run up and down the stairs and stay in the family room during the day, there was no way that could work for us! I was less than pleased with that plan. Thankfully, they ended up staying until 10pm that night to finish.
In my opinion, the subcontractors were the only downside to this. Everyone from Floor Coverings went out of their way to accommodate our needs, and were truly a pleasure to be around.
