The manager is condescending, rude and either sleeping or too busy to assist customers. We had a hot water problem which was evidently caused by the plumbing being reversed. Twice we approached the front desk to ask about getting hot water and the clerks did not know what to do other than recommending to jiggle the handle or let the water run longer. The manager evidently knew you had to turn the dial all the way to cold and let it run for a while to get hot water. Instead of getting out of bed and telling us that was what we needed to do, he ignored us and our plight, afterall he had collected our $429 upon check in. Upon finally reaching the manager on the Monday after we departed, he ridiculed us saying a three year old figured out how to get hot water out of the outlet and went on to write a very condescending and offensive email. The owner never responded to our complaints about the unprofessional manager, so he evidently condones someone who berates the customers and does nothing to assist them other than take their money. \r \r We will be very happy when the Marriott, Hampton Inn and Hilltop are complete as it will be the beginning of the end for this low class establishment.
