I have been a member of Massage Envy in Altamonte Springs for over two years, and it has been one of the best investments in myself I have made. The clinic is always clean and beautiful, and the staff there remembers who I am when I come in. They really go out of their way to take care of me. From my therapists to the front desk staff, everyone there really seems to care. Whoever runs the Altamonte Springs store has done some serious customer service training. When I think of the ridiculous prices I used to pay at some of the spas in Altamonte and Winter Park, I just have to smile. And quite frankly, the therapists I had at the spas weren’t nearly as talented or experienced as the ones I’ve had at Massage Envy. Of course, I can’t speak for all of the ME therapists, just the 4 or 5 I’ve tried, but my girlfriends (who also go to the Altamonte Springs location) have tried different ones and feel the same way. Massage Envy is seriously the best deal going!!!
Pros: Excellent therapists! Awesome staff! Coveniently located.
Cons: The Altamonte location is crazy popular. Book ahead.
