Review content:
have used Coit 3 times in the last year. Carpets, grout and 2 area rugs. Asked for 1 room to be cleaned at a rental condo. When they arrived they quoted a "minimum" charge of $120. For one 10x10 room? They did my whole dining room and living room for $79 the last time. I am a repeat customer. I don't know if they just felt because I wasn't onsite that they could gouge me. They offer on their website coupons for 35. Why didn't they offer that after we said it was too expensive? They offered it when they came and did my house carpets/grout. I may have to reconsider who I use next time. I paid ALOT to have my area rugs cleaned.
