Review content:
The men who did it were super nice, polite and worked hard. However, for what we paid to have our floors done, almost $6.000. I didn't think I would have to go around and point out each and EVERY hole and line I wanted to be filled and regrouted. I didn't think I would have to go around and ask them to wipe down the floor moulding that was scuffed up by the machine. I didn't think I would have my brand new couch damaged by the floor machine. Then the said it would be fixed as it was their machine that damaged it. A few weeks went by so I called again. I was told the leather repair guy would call me. He didn't. I called Coit back and was told that the leather repair guys wife had a baby and that is why he is behind schedule. I waited another week and finally got a call and scheduled. I spoke to his wife who had not yet had the baby. That day he called and said he was running late. Then he called later and said he couldn't find it. I gave directions, then he and his wife called and said their cell phone wasn't working properly so they were going to the cell phone store instead of coming to my house and they would reschedule me. At this point if this is how they conduct their business I was afraid to see how they would repair the two small holes in the couch so I told them to forget about it. I will just live with the damage.
