I had COIT come out to my home in Scottsdale in order to provide duct cleaning service. The house was recently remodeled before we moved in as well had a swamp cooler removed from the property prior to our move in date. My roommates and I experienced extreme allergy symptoms due to excessive dust, dirt, dander and insulation that had gotten into our duct work. COIT was able to come out very quickly and performed the service for a great price. The customer service was fantastic and I would pay to do it again for sure! The moldy/attic/insulation odor is gone and the air feels pure. The tech said our house was one of the worst he has ever seen in his 3+ year history doing duct cleaning. If you suffer from allergies, I think it is safe to say that this is something that is worth it if you want to look for peace of mind and health improvements.
