Hello,
I believe you did a very thorough job of inspecting the property on Winter Terrace, but it was difficult to connect the photos with the text of the report.
There were a few clever remarks that I felt might be off-putting if we shared with a seller. The report needs to be all business, no editorial or cuteness.
