I was very happy with the gentleman who came out from First Class Carpet Service. He was very professional, and I got a warm feeling about him. He was very helpful, walked through the house, explained what he could do and what he might have a problem with.
He was very expedient, got through the upstairs and downstairs carpet in about an hour. He did not have to do the stairs because we had just recarpeted them. Overall, it was a job well done. He did better than I expected and the price was right. I would recommend First Class Carpet Service to anybody.
