Review content:
The main criteria I use when determining my satisfaction with a vendor are: were they responsive through the whole process; did they keep on budget (both cost and time); was all the work explained ahead of time, with no gotchas; did they answer any questions? Atlantic hit on all these and we can highly recommend them, without reservation. We called Atlantic to provide estimates for two projects new central air system and to replace our oil burner with gas. (We had the oil burner installed and the AC work is next.) We received very thorough estimates for both projects, much more detailed and more carefully thought-out than a competitor we also called. The work was done on budget and on time (actually a bit faster than expected). All our questions were answered, whether by the owner or by the technicians. The installation team was very knowledgeable, always on time and were very conscientious about keeping the area clean (not a small matter when taking apart an old oil burner). We have no hesitation about working with them on the central air conditioning project.
