While I absolutely love the food at Pinatas, this is the second time I've had a negative experience with ordering food from Pinatas thru GrubHub. I placed the order at 11:55am on Monday. I got the confirmation email stating the food would be ready between 12:15-12:25pm. I took my time, stopping at the local bakery for dessert, and arrived at 12:25 to pick up my food. When I asked for my pickup the guy didnt have it and had to look for the order. It wasn't even made yet. I ordered a soda to drink and had to wait while they made it. Thankfully, It was only two simple tostada salads so I didnt have to wait long - but the point is, if you are going to participate in GrubHub you should really pay attention to your orders - this isn't the first time this happened to me. I was willing to give it another shot, but from now on I will just phone in my order or order when I get there.
