WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE GREEN DOT!!!! ARE ANY OF THE ASSOCIATED CARDS THRU WAL-MART MONEY CARDS.. (AKA GE MONEY BANK) I RECENTLY MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM FOR HIS INCOME TAX RETURN AND NOW IS UNABLE TO OBTAIN ACCESS TO HIS MONEY. THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD FOR UP TO AND OVER AM AN HOUR AND WHEN YOU DO GET SOME ONE THEY ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS I AM UNEMPLOYED. MY INCOME TAX REFUND WAS GOING TO HELP ME GET OUT SOME DEBT AND NOW I CAN'T GET MY MONEY. BECAUSE OF DUMB-ASSES AND POOR MANAGEMENT. NOT ONLY DID I SENT THEM WHAT THEY ASK FOR TWICE.!!! THEY COME BACK AND ASK FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ALMOST TO DO AND WILL COST ADDL MONEY THAT I DON'T HAVE SO I DECIDED TO SUE THE COMPANY FOR $5000 IN SMALL CLAIM COURT THAT GOT THEIR ATTENTION...THESE PEOPLE HAVE TO BE STOP
