Review content:
The expected to get quality materials and work done in a reasonable time, though the price was high from the start. From the start the skylight was removed before it was discovered the replace was smaller and the one taken out was no longer available. The workers had to put the old one back and come back to box in for the smaller unit. The workers did the best they could, but I never heard from the sales/estimator for the job. This is when I did some research on the Veluxe skylight and discovered how the Roofing Company had pumped the price.
The vent replacement went better once the worker came on site. His work was very good, but the quality of the vent was poor. The cheap plastic screen will not hold up if squirrels decide to pursue entry. I told the sales guy this concern from the start. I would have been willing to pay for the stronger rabbit wire install over the plastic bug screen, but by this time I justed wanted the Roofing Company gone. The remodeling my wife was considering will be lost opportunity for the Roofing Company.
