I took out a loan from my 401K. I made my payments on time but now they send a delinquent notice for the future. They have misapplied several payments to a single past payment so now I get a notice stating that my account is past due. Then some supervisor tells me he can return all my payments but does not change the fact that I am late. I told him how to fix the problem. I have worked on several accounting systems over the years as an application developer and manager. He showed the normal incompetence one should expect from Fidelity. I hate Fidelity. I wish my employer picked a different investment company to manage my money.
