Phillips Restoration came out to clean our roof. We were originally told by others that the roof would need to be replaced. They were wrong! Phillips cleaned our roof and made it look new again! \r

It was a two man crew and they worked nonstop for over 7 hours! They not only cleaned the roof but also pressure washed the house, cleaned the insides of the windows, cleaned all the brick and sidewalk surfaces. I was so grateful that I made sure that they each went home with dessert that I had made while they were cleaning! \r

Our roof has never been cleaned before so this was a huge home improvement for us that we never thought was possible. The owner Brian is an old fashioned business man. He prefers if you write a check, but if you must use a credit card he is more than willing to accept it as long as you show him how to use the apps available for your iphone. :) This was probably the most telling part of our experience as he was willing to do whatever it takes to make the business work. He is aavery trustorthy and honest man and I will definitely be calling him back next summer to do pressure wash our deck. \r

What I am so proud of is that the condition of our roof could have made the front page of the before and after album that he carries around with him. If you look at our roof now, it fits in with all of the other homes who have spent thousands on shingle replacement. It looks amazing! I actually spent money on to become a member of Angies List just so I could write this review! Warning: If you hire Phillips Restoration, be prepared to talk family and share recipes afterward! :)
