Businiess name:  H&R BLOCK

Review content:
TL;DR: Find someone else to do your taxes\r \r I went the H&R Block at 806 Mississippi Hwy 12 to file my taxes for the first time. Initially I was wasn't satisfied with the customer service because my representative kept telling me, ""We will see"" whenever I asked him a question about fees or the refund amount. I filed within the first week of April, by the 8th the IRS had sent my taxes back to H&R Block with a discrepancy. I wasn't informed that my taxes were in limbo until June when I called asking why I haven't gotten a refund from federal or state taxes. No one ever attempted to contact me! The manager was nice and attempted to wave all the H&R Block fees, but that still left me in a bad way. I had planned on having a nice refund but instead I OWED money to the IRS. As a low income college student this was devastating. I had bills piling up and I had to redo my Fafsa which really hurt the money I was going to get for school. \r
