Eileen has helped me ever since she was in customer service with Renttoday. As a customer of both Renttoday and Fixd, I have experienced some major challenges on the services received since Spring 2012. Eileen was able to really identify the root causes and then resolve the issues. She's willing to listen, not afraid of taking ownership of issues and acts forwards to delivering results.
