Review content:
When I was looking for my first apartment, I expected to see tons of places. I wasn?t going to settle for something sub-par. I spent a good month or so shopping around online before even seeing anything. Soon enough it was time to start making a decision. So after seeing rapid realty on craigslist, some further research ensued, where I found a number of bad reviews. The only thing that didn?t deter me was the volume of apartments available online.\r
My agent did his some research of his own, after speaking with me, to help me locate the best neighborhood for my price. Sunset Park was good for me pricing and transportation wise.\r
Being only 20, my credit is barely established, but the building I chose required a guarantor anyway. Not that it was an issue, but could be for others.\r
About a week later, I finally got approved, and settled in. I was kind of scared that they forgot about me, but everything was taken care of in the end!!
Pros: Lots of Agents & Apartments
Cons: Hard to get in touch with the correct individuals
