After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. hey jonathanbrooks,\r \r i understand why you might think that. but i don't agree with you. i got an apartment with this company, everything went fine, it was positive, bla bla. that's not the only reason im writing.\r \r i did want to comment on your saying that you think the reviews are all the same person. doesn't that seem a little silly? you have been in this office - you may have had a bad experience, but, weren't they really busy? who's gonna sit down and write all these reviews? that's nuts! especially when all those guys work on commission! \r \r another thing; after i signed the lease at rapid, my agent (who happens to be silvia, like the other reviewer there) asked if i wouldn't mind writing a review about my experience on citysearch or yelp. it's likely she asked the same of them, and they just posted it on both.\r \r i get that youre angry about having a bad experience, but that doesn't mean that people who had a good experience don't have legitimate opinions. just sayin.
