Review content:
I don't understand the raves this place gets. I've been there twice, and I doubt I'd go back. The coffee was fine, but the baked goods (I had a muffin the first time, and scone the second) were average by the most generous standard. And the service was quite rude. There was a mix up with my coffee order (I had ordered it, but no one told the person who was making the coffee), and when I asked for my coffee, they made nasty cracks about me while I was still standing right there and blamed the mix-up on me, saying that I hadn't placed the order. Maybe they've never heard the phrase, ""The customer is always right"" (and I actually *was* right in this case), but someone should clue them in. For breakfast, try Lux down the street. Excellent baked goods and nice people. Pros: Decent coffee Cons: Rude service, food just ok
