We had an overall good experience with Tigerland in the infant and under 18 month rooms. They have the little ones room understaffed. They could not keep their stories straight on bruises that showed up. Looking back I sure wish I had taken signs seriously. In recent weeks our daughter would cry and throw a tantrum when taking her to that room. She would try to go back to the under 18 month room. They are currently below the state mandated number of 3 teachers there, and the kids are just running around wild. After seeing a bruise on her forehead Friday and now a bruise outside her eye on the following Monday we had had enough. They now claimed the bruise on Friday happened around 8am instead of 3:40PM when she is dropped off at 8:20AM anyway. They claimed the bruise today didn't happen there when we know without a doubt that it did. Nothing was documented. These aren't small bruises that go away in a couple of days. The staff in the room say a 3rd person was hired but has not started. Jane, the manager there, just tells you what you want to hear. She lied and said there were 3 people in the room all but for 15 minutes today. Obviously that is not the case. We will not be back to this place, and I would not recommend them to a friend.
