We (four friends and I) bought a 3 days and 2 nights cruise to Las Bahamas. It was confirmed for May 18th, 2013; however, two days before that date, the staff of Half Price told us that there would not be the cruise. We were disappointed by that and request the refund, but they said that refund is not a policy of the company. \r

We are tourists and only a refund was applicable because our flight to back home was schedule by May 22nd. At the present time we have not received any refund, in other words, the company Half Price Trip defrauded us.\r

Besides, the staff was very rude, we were treated in the worst manner and we had to waste money that we didn’t have. We have already made a Police Report (in Miami) against this company, and we won’t stop till we have our money back.\r
