I would really not recommend this place. We bought a car from them in 1997 and were pretty happy with the purchase as well as the work done there... until the warranty ran out. It was at that point that the guy we were working with in the service department started really pushing it with how much labor he charged for projects and the last straw was when he charged us for five days of labor and didn't even fix the problem. The engine light was coming on and after five days of work in which they had supposedly found the "electrical problem," the engine light came back on on my way out of the parking lot. We took it to a transmission place on the advice of my uncle, who is a mechanic, and they were able to fix the superficial transmission problem for less than $500, incl parts and labor--our service rep at Bellevue Olds/Cadillac hadn't even had his transmission guy look at the thing in those five days we paid for!! When I confronted the guy at Bellevue Olds/Cadillac about it he shrugged his shoulders and said, "that's too bad." Take it from me--take your business elsewhere. Or be prepared to watch hawkishly for any funny business servicing the car once your warranty expires. Pros: they will pay for a loaner when you need major work done Cons: watch your back with these guys, they'll swindle you if they can
