I felt at ease with HTP who came over to give me the initial consulting and estimate for the job. He looked at the space where I had planned for the home theater and suggested the type of equipment suitable for that space. His suggested configuration was in line with my own thinking that solidified my confidence with HTP. Their quote was very open (I was able to look up the component prices on the internet and HTP discount made sense to me). I consulted with another company whoese quote was a little higher than HTP, but it was a black box. Making a decision to give the job to HTP was an easy decision for me due to their openness and expert advice that fitted by budget and liking.
They finished the job within the timeframe that was suggested. The system set up so far is working perfectly (meaning the accoustic settings are in harmony as expected).
I would recommend HTP for anybody who needs a professional consultation and implementation for a home theater.
