I have used Angler's Arsenal many times. Last week I ordered a Seeker 6470 rush shipping for my Dads Birthday. Shipping went from $7.00 to $30.00. The Rod never came so I called and they said they will get it right to me. It came in 8 days not overnight needless to say I didn't have it for my Dad's Birthday. I then Asked Angler's Arsenal to refund my shipping and get me the rod. The rod came in and it was the wrong rod. I called back and they said it was seeker and he would follow up with it. I then told I would even buy the wrong rod is he would give me a deal on it. He said no and Seeker was looking into what was going on. I had to call him again and ask what was going on he said he gave seeker the wrong # so he was sorry. I said it was ok just take off the shipping and send the rod. He would not I then got in touch with seeker. What nice guys they said they would help me and sorry for Angler's Arsenal and that they will talk to them. They also said the rod should of got to me the next day with out the $30.00 charge they were also sorry about that. I had to go to my bank to get my money back and seeker is picking up the wrong rod that was sent to me. This is what Angler's Arsenal had the nerve to write me after 2 weeks of them saying they wouldn't refund to amount I paid.\r
