I am new to the area and was looking for hair removal. Soluna was nearby so I scheduled an appointment. It was very clear the girl doing the lazer was in a bad mood and didn't care that she burnt me, in fact I heard her giggle to a co worker about it. The next day I called and left 5 messages for the doctor/medical director and never got a single call or anything. I had to spend 9 hours in the ER to get treatment for my burns.
Pros: I have insurance
Cons: Medical Director does NOT EXIST
