I hate to knock the giant Sears for fear of lightning strikes but damn, our Sears has the worst customer service ever. Every time i have a load of cash to drop on big ticket items my husband always wants to shop Sears. It's a fact that the name carries a reputation however I am still waiting for the last shoe sales girl, who finally made eye contact with us, to go find someone who actually knows something about the DVD players to help me.Maybe after they remodel or whatever they intend to do in that mall, they could hire,train and retain some quality sales people.
