I have been taking my children to Kids Castle for a year or so now. I feel my kids are safe there and they love it. I do have a few concerns though that I just don't feel comfortable telling the director because I don't want to question her judgement. 1. I constantly hear their male school age teacher yelling at the children. It is rude and very disrespectful. 2. They recently put a very young lady in the office. I can't tell you what kind of worker she is, but I have witnessed her attitude towards other teachers many times. It is very unprofessional and I do not like it at all. I definitely do not think that they should have such a young woman in charge of so much. It would be a much better daycare if they hired older people to run the daycare. Especially in the office. It would be a lot more professional. But other then that, I love it and I will continue to bring my kids here!
