I love this insurance agency, the staff is so friendly and quick to return calls and answer questions! I was in a financial crunch for a few months in 2009 and I called to see if there was a way to cut cost. They were very helpful in that. Then, I was in a car accident and they were on top of everything the same day! My car was fixed within 4 days and paid in full.. I have never had an insurance company take better care of me! The owner Gordon Kiesgen, called me in person to ask if everything was okay. When does that happen?? If looking for any kind of insurance call Gordon Kiesgen, American Family Ins, in Fox Lake, IL! \r
