Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was run very well and was kept clean. I felt my items were safe while stored here.\r

My only issue is that ""Public Storage"" stickers were placed on my lock. These are extremely difficult to get off. When questioned as to why these stickers were placed on them, I was told it was to indicate that they are my locks. Disc locks are expensive and I am not thrilled that they have been vandalized.
