Review content:
I called Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling on Friday morning, a little before 10am and the technician was here a couple hours later. He was able to figure out what was wrong and explain to me what was causing it. Nobody has been able to do that before. He let me know there was dirt in the lines. I wasn't even aware that could happen!
He went over my options and gave me his recommendations which were to clean it or purchase a new furnace. We decided to find out about getting a new furnace instead of throwing a bunch of money at fixing something that was old. A salesman was able to come out that same day. It was super fast. He took time to talk to us and because I am disabled, and haven't gotten financial assistance in a year, he was able to set up a financial plan for us over the phone.
On Saturday, the installers came in and were very professional. They went downstairs and installed it quickly. I was able to take care of everything myself, without bothering my husband while he was at work. I am absolutely comfortable using their service, this wasn't the first time. I've used them many times before and always have enjoyed their service. I give them a 5+ for everything!
