We had a transmission issue that was originally diagnosed by the dealership. They told us that we needed a brand new transmission and that it was going to cost us several thousand dollars.
We went to Waterloo Transmissions for a second opinion. Jim and the team reviewed it and kept us in the loop the entire time. They came back with a diagnosis for a repair that only cost about $350 when all was said and done.
We had used Waterloo Transmissions a few years back mostly because of their commercials. We really like their approach to marketing. They treat their customers exactly as they advertise they will!
