We hired Pioneer in March 2013 to cut a hole in the exterior wall of our condo and install a brand new window. We got three bids for the job and picked Pioneer because the owner Lynn was very professional, his price was competitive, and they have a good rating from the Better Business Bureau. He came back over a couple days later with samples of the different windows they carry and let us pick which window was right for us. Much better than picking from a brochure. The crew showed up on time, on the day they said they would, were very courteous and professional, and finished a little ahead of schedule. They did a thorough clean up and gave us a good explanation of how the new window worked. We were so happy with the job they did we brought them back in May to replace the rest of our windows. Our neighbor liked their work so much he hired Pioneer to install a new window too. Good, well run company. Professional, courteous people. They do what they say they'll do at a fair price and treat the customer right. .
