I was lucky enough to stop by the Champaign store the day when 2 LG reps were visiting and got an hour long education on their washers and dryers - I was sold on them before I came into the store (I had already researched my impending purchase online), but now had no doubt about what I wanted. From then, Billy Williams assisted me in pricing and, when he was unavailable and I needed to get the set ordered, Darrell filled in for Billy. Their efficiency in getting the new washer and dryer to my house after my set had quit unexpectedly nothing short of a miracle, and very much appreciated.
The delivery guys were polite, professional and did not even make a frown when they saw the flight of stairs they had to take to the second floor to install my new washer and dryer (with a turn and landing halfway up), not to mention haul the old ones down. It was no easy task and the installation was finished in about an hour.
I will definitely recommend this store for appliance purchases.
