Review content:
Our old micro had to be replaced and I went in to shop for a replacement. Mr Hawkins helped me find what I wanted and arranged for installation. After installation, we discovered we needed a carbon filter added as we use the recirculating exhaust. We had problems following the install process and called in and after speaking with several people - we got no answers.
We went in the next day, and Mr Hawkins was on the sales floor, and was able to show us how to access the vent area and replace the cover in moments. Our problem was solved. My husband was able to take care of the carbon filter in a couple minutes.
