Review content:
We had no choice of down draft ranges so we had to buy anothoer (THIRD JENN-AIR IN TWENTY TWO YEARS). The past two Jenn-Air units came with cartridges for the burners. When arriving at the Springfield Dick Van Dyke Appliance World show room the cartridges were in the unit we bought. When it arrived at our home for installation it only had the grill. When I called Michael Dalpozzo, the sales person,I was told at that time that the burner cartridges were extra. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN WRITEN ON THE ORDER OR EXPLANED TO MY HUSBAND AND I AS WE STOOD IN FRONT OF THE UNIT. The installer was great. I question if I will buy from Dick Van Dyke in the future. Who ever heard of buying a range that did not come with electrical burners!
