Review content:
I am not happy with the amount of service calls I've had with the water heater I had installed in Nov 2010 and I'm also not happy with the number of service calls I've encountered the past few years with my A/C. RESPONSE FROM Frymire Services, Inc.: The customer has a water softener installed by another company, a device that uses salt or sodium to 'soften' water and it is our observation that the softener is impacting the anode rod in the water heater. We advised the customer to contact the manufacturer to ensure that the softener is working properly. Regarding the customer's air conditioning system; unfortunately it is of sufficient age that components are out warranty and likely to require replacement.
