Review content:
I would strongly suggest not doing any business with any ""repair"" shop that has listed on their marquee"" Free Diagnosis"" and underneath that ""Correct Answer $89.00"". I am in the customer service industry as well and that is extremely condescending and arrogant. \r
Any person with any intelligence knows that you can go to Auto Zone, O'reilly, or Advance Auto Parts and they will put in the code reader and actually tell you what the check engine light is saying for free! To say the ""right answer"" is going to charge you is insulting, condescending, and arrogant. I would strongly suggest this establishment change their marquee yesterday!\r
I do my own repairs, my dad trained me as a mechanic as he worked for a dealership for over 15 years, and this is ridiculous. I haven't had any work done here and never would if a business would display a sign like that. That is extremely arrogant, condescending, and honestly 100% inaccurate.
